- Not your typical steakhouse, Edge, Steak & Bar designed its menu to be healthy and approachable. Executive chef Aaron Brooks, an Australia native, emphasizes farm-to-table prime products and often features locally sourced foods.
- You’ll find a selection of high-quality Creekstone Farms steaks, in small cuts, cooked over a special infrared grill at 1,800 degrees to lock in juice and tenderness. Choose from Black Angus filet mignon, New York strip and churrasco.
- Since it’s Miami, Brooks also infuses Latin flavors throughout the menu — think citrusy ceviche, chimichurri and Peruvian aji-amarillo-spiked tartare.
- Another dining option is Bahía, which sits out on the nearly two-acre terrace nestled between the pool and cascading water wall. Come here for casual fare like a blue crab quesadilla, Bahia burger with Vermont cheddar and pineapple-bacon chutney and Key West-style key lime pie.
